The main floor features a bedroom with a King bed, a recliner, a handicap-accessible walk-in shower, and a covered deck. The top floor holds a spacious master bedroom with a King bed, an outside deck, and a private bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a double-sink vanity. The hallway above the family room leads to the sky deck, which features new polywood furniture and beautiful views of the beach and ocean. The home features an elevator from the garage to the top floor, a NEW roof, kitchen floors, carpet, patio furniture, and a new AC unit for one section. Please note that no pets are allowed, no beach tags are provided, and an additional security deposit is required. Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval, and check-in times vary by lease.
