After reviewing numerous agents in the Cape May County area, we went with Debbie because of her professionalism, local knowledge, and passion for helping clients.   We must have seen 20 properties and Debbie never pushed us in the wrong direction just to make the commission.  She also was way more patient than I would have been with clients like us!!  You can't put a premium on 25+ years of experience: with all the ins-and-outs of a real estate transaction and all the connections she has made over that time.  I know we'd be still ; putting all the pieces together without her help (USDA loan, Sandy Disaster aid, multiple offers, septic and well locations when the County lost the permits - that's a lot of juggling in a short time).  She also negotiated on our behalf without consideration of her commission (she wrote four contracts without pushing to get the sale done - we had a tough time deciding on the right place!! )  I can't say enough good things about Debbie.  A true professional of her trade.
