Their friends all went to Ocean City but Maggie and Ed liked Sea Isle better. Sea Isle was smaller and friendlier.

They married, moved to Sea Isle and raised their four children and many animals here. She and Ed owned Sofroney Real Estate at 4201 Landis Avenue in Sea Isle for 22 years.

They met many wonderful people through those years and ended up helping the children and grandchildren of many clients. Ed built many quality homes in Sea isle through the years and has many repeat clients.

Maggie knows the island inside and out and that knowledge gives her the edge when it comes to advising clients, not only for buying homes or selling homes, but also finding the perfect rental for a family. She knows the inventory and nothing gives her more pleasure than saying, "Of course I know that house, my husband built it!"

Life at the Shore is so full and wonderful! For people who ask “What do you do all winter?” We say you can be as busy as you want to be or stay home every day. There is so much to do here, so many great organizations to be a part of , that sometimes it’s hard to choose! There are fabulous restaurants to try, all kinds of summer programs in town, our exquisite beaches, of course, boating, parasailing, the back bays, the promenade, and so much more! We are so lucky to live here!
